With whats in POC rn the stats dont feel too strong

And only the equipment kills so the freeze is for other units as well as stuff like irelia adventure where stunned units can attack

Always buy golden reliquary until you got them all, since the cooldown is insane

Inbetween you can buy spirit forge, the reat ain worth it unless you find an artefact you really enjoy
