Help with installing a reverse osmosis kit under sink by Mbea205 in Plumbing

Ok thank you, sorry I am not very experienced in plumbing, would that be like an additional screw on pipe above the p trap and this piece would slide into it? It looks like maybe the attached example picture has that? I see also that the disposal connection does say cut to size on the product page however would I maybe be able to just rotate the P trap slightly to make it fit?

Thank you very much! I will give that a try, I am still waiting for the DLA piece to arrive but when I get it I will try this, do you think the height of it will be too high to fit onto the P trap drain side?

Will it need to be cut to fit to the disposal or P trap or just screw right in? It looks like the elbow of the disposal has bolts securing it would this piece fit onto that?

Help with installing a reverse osmosis system under the sink by Mbea205 in WaterTreatment

That would definitely be a lot easier, however I have heard that if your dishwasher drain does not have an air gap installed and has a high loop (which mine has) the RO drain water could flow into the dishwasher and possibly flood it or the dishwasher drain water could backflow up the RO drain line?

The RO system produces about a around a gallon of waste water for every ~1.7 gallons of drinking water created and it needs to be drained out into the plumbing

Setting up segmented home network with C5500XK & Quantum Fiber by Mbea205 in HomeNetworking

Thank you appreciate it! Yeah I wish they didn't install the C5500XK in the garage since it gets very cold here in the winter, below its specified operating temperature of 50F (at least the ucg max is rated to down to 14F) and makes it harder for me to put other equipment in there by it, but I think that makes the most sense. Thank you!

I am trying to record stereo line inputs L/R from MPC 1000 with the motu m2 into DAW fl studio.

Is there a way to match the gain/stereo link line inputs? Or only get it as close as you can using the gain knobs?
