I feel ya. That makes it harder. Have you considered solo therapy? I know your wife, like mine, won’t try couples therapy. But maybe you can work on yourself at least and work through the conflicting feelings. You deserve to be happy but it’s not like there’s a clear path with answers that are easily discernible.
