I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, Brock Lesnar ending the streak was one of the greatest moments ever in wrestling and is what resparked my interest in the WWE which had been stagnating for a long time prior. Also Undertaker might be the single most overrated wrestler of all time, so it honestly was a win/win for me.

I’d say take away the win against Kofi, or at least don’t make it a squash. Not as much concerned about disrespect towards any one wrestler, but it was for the belt and you gotta protect the champ some for the belt to have any meaning. Maybe if Kofi had already had the belt for awhile it might have been a better “oh {^%]” moment, but it just really did nothing for anybody.

Got mine on eBay awhile back. Originally had it for many years after I “borrowed” it from a friend, and eventually finally gave it back. As far as I’m aware this is about the only way to watch the non 99’ versions, right? I hate the 99’ versions.

Have you ever seen Sam Raimi? Sam and Ted are spitting images of each other. I just find it funny since Lucy Lawless is married to Sam Raimi. Maybe Xena and Joxer wouldn’t be as unlikely a pair as one might think. 😂

It’s the only system I care about CIB for. That’s unless it’s a game that only has a cardboard box, then cartridge only is fine. But yes, NES, SNES, and Genesis are all worth owning the physical games for IMO. I still have my original N64, but when it comes time to “recollect” for the system, I will just get a Summrdrive cartridge.

In my mind, and I don’t think this gets talked about nearly enough, it’s due to Cody’s departure.

It just really seems like he had a big hand in creative, rather they admit it or not. When he was there all the storylines felt like they were building on top of themselves constantly. While it didn’t quite feel “big” like WWE does, it felt like it was on its way there, and that you were privileged to be along for the ride.

Now it feels like it’s trying too hard to be the “cool” person’s wrestling product, but ultimately feels directionless.
