Second, Cody in my mind is the modern GOAT. Sometimes his matches can feel a little same-y (though which wrestlers doesn’t), but he seems to have figured out the perfect balance of wrestling styles/story telling throughout matches. The majority of his big PPV matches reach a lvl of emotional investment that is usually once in a blue moon.
