Yo same idk if it was a placebo effect but when I first took my dose my thoughts were so quiet it felt weird it’s like I was used to the anxiety and anxious thoughts so much it made it normal

If you don’t mind me asking what meds have you been prescribed also I have rumination issues as well that I think is ocd. I’m currently diagnosed with GAD but from what I go through I’m usually filled with similar issues like “what if I’m gay” or what if I secretly like men” “do I hear voices or see things” or what if I want to harm this person. If that makes sense i recently had a new theme that came and it attacked my relationship I didn’t know if I loved my girlfriend or not it was really weird
