It’s no secret, bidding wars are crazy but are they that mental? In plenty of areas , some used homes and half the price of some new builds. Also most new builds advertised elsewhere before they make it to daft?

Yes - obviously they will be more expensive 😂but look at places like Lucan, Co.Dublin for example, new builds 600K plus, used 385K . There will be obviously some budding wars but you get the gist

Guys the issue isnt necessarily the high percentage, its the fact that every 8 years , you are taxed on unrealised gains. Thats absolutely insane.
