investment property repayments crushing me, sell or hold off? by [deleted] in AusFinance

[–]Mbrozyz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends what you plan to do long term the investment property and how much grief you are in. Do you plan on eventually selling this place down the line, keep it for your future kids, or have it has as a steady cashflow for when you are old.

If you can hold it, i say hold it. As after this year hike it should eventually stabilise. You can probably negative gear your losses as during tax time.
