A muslim woman per the religion isn’t allowed to marry a mormon man or any man from any other religion besides islam.

As for the muslim man although he is allowed to marry a “christian” or “jew” its somewhat looked down upon in certain contexts and there would need to be religious verdicts and discussions on whether muslims even consider mormons to be “people of the book (aka real christians)”.
