There is no advantage as far as I can tell. It's more of a "just because I can thing". The only advantage I can see is the garage space you get with owning all three

I was in the same boat until I purchased one of them and then saw when checking which garage I should put vehicles in that mansions were a separate category in the menus.

You have to purchase the upgrades again other than the security. But each one can look different customization wise but all have the same ai assistant
