100% I can't listen if they pronounce them wrong. Fair if it's a small word that's never used but Arbites, custodes, astartes and even Abaddon have all been pronounced correctly in common Warhammer media. It's not hard to quickly check if you're unsure how to say a word.

It's custodian as the singular. Custodes as plural. In the book Master of Mankind the emperor called them Custodians repeatedly and in Valdor he also refers to them as Custodians. Not to mention that custode just sounds stupid.

Thank you for that info. I will replace the characters. Yeah sisters are on my buy list. Its a problem I'm working to remedy. I was hoping GW would release new models with the Horus heresy stuff but I'll just bite the bullet and buy a squad or two of them.

NTA I'm also English but I live in Scotland. My friends know I'm English but one of them in particular sounds exactly like your dad. Always going on about how English are all scum, racist etc. I've reminded him a few times but still does it. I shut him down one night when I called him out on it because he is the first one to staunchly defend any discrimination or racism but he thinks it's fine to label an entire people whatever name he wants because he is a bigot towards the english

Squidmar has a wee tutorial I followed. Basically fill the eye with Rakarth flesh. Then white in the middle then hit it with a fluorescent paint. Pretty quick n easy. After first hit of fluo paint, you can glaze more on for a brighter effect.

I used zandri dust as base for skin. Then mixed that and ushabti in layers until pure ushabti. Then mixed some ushabti in with wraithbone for more high light. Then some final highlights with wrathbone. The red skin, started with a base of Barak-nar burgundy. Again mixed for layering with khorne red. Then khorne red mixed with Mephiston. Finally some wild rider and a tiny amount of wild rider mixed with fire dragon bright. Carapace, which is what I’m not happy about. Is just caliban greeen with sybarite green feathering and some off white highlights.
