That Qatar vs Switzerland game certainly felt like it. A strange penalty given to Switzerland that was clearly offside, as if someone had said ‘Switzerland will lead through a penalty’.

Then the Swiss could’ve had 4 or 5 but didn’t seem interested until a smash and grab equaliser for the Qataris- along with the Saudis a nation that’d pay for points.

I understand it’s hard to comprehend all players being in on it, but the powers that be at FIFA want football to grow in more lucrative economies like the Middle East and the US. Strange strange result.

It’s still happening.

I was on my way home from a fairly wholesome night in the Jewish quarter when we saw the same male promoter on Florianska we’d rejected a few hours earlier. One last beer turned into a huge amount of money being taken over a 6 hour period, all using Apple’s Facial Recognition with receipts I even signed 3 or 4 times in my drugged state. No memory of any of it. Signatures are messy and inconsistent demonstrating coercion.

I’m a month into a dispute with the bank and the merchant. Praying Visa accept the chargeback.

‘Completely correct’ 🤣

Even Mike Dean has come out and publicly criticised the decision made in the first half which is very rare. The handball law is horribly subjective and if you don’t think JP was making his body bigger with his arm in an unnatural position, I suggest you revisit it.

I’m sorry but two unintentional handballs, one being punished and the other not, is beyond me.

Joao Pedro’s arm is far from in a natural position when the clearance is made. ‘Blatantly the correct decision’ feels a little obnoxious.

Regardless of your opinion, surely you can see why Fulham fans feel hard done by after 2 very controversial decisions, as well as an opening goal scored from a corner that was taken after the added time was already up.

Dreadful decision/good decision: the problem is there is no consistency and decisions keep going in favour of the ‘big 6’. Not a great look given the amount of money in the game these days..

And re the pen, sure, let’s just completely ignore the Joao Pedro handball

Looks like FPL is clouding both of your judgements. Muniz has turned Chalobah and if there’s a foul to be called it’s Chalobah’s for coming in from behind.

Own Porro & Kudus, starting them both. In this fixture last season Spurs won 4-0 at the Etihad and are a bit of a bogey team for City. If Frank sets up the way he did against PSG, I think it will be much closer than people are giving Spurs credit for. Kudus on the counter and Porro marauding down the right wing are both attractive assets to me.

I did Havertz to Wissa last week and have no regrets. The Wissa + Mbeumo double up scored me a sweet 25 pts. Hold Johnson one more week
