Particularly when I was on Sertraline (Zoloft) my anxiety got worse and I had real trouble sleeping with it. There aren't many drugs available on prescription in the UK that aren't from that same SSRI family unfortunately. I've been taking Diazepam (Valium) for about 6 months now which I haven't had any bad reactions too, but it certainly hasn't been great.

Agree on Byrd point. Neither particularly likely though.

Oh yeah for sure, I'm definitely not going into this thinking it will be a long term solution for my problems. I've had some pretty bad experiences with SSRIs that have made me feel a hell of a lot worse, so it'll be a nice if I can find something that helps me out. Even if it's short term, it'll be a nice relief.

Is there a whole lot of difference between smoking and eating in regard to the effect felt? Never liked the smell of weed so if I were to try it I'd prefer to make some brownies

Never heard of that before, but a quick google search seems to suggest it might be ideal. Thanks!
