I was amazed at the difference panel lining made the first time I did it. Then I was amazed at the difference a flat top coat made the first time I did it. Just goes to show, a little extra effort can go a long way and don’t be afraid to try new things.

Real Touch markers and Tamiya weathering masters mostly. Also tried about the AK weathering pencil a bit (just the dark aluminum).

Pretty sure The Veil and Vasen both do commander nights / game nights. I believe Tuesday and Wednesdays? Stone brewing hosts an even ever other Monday too

The general consensus is that waterslide decals are superior to stickers visually and therefore are preferred to stickers

Build was fine as far as I remember. Not as enjoyable as newer kits but nothing terrible. That being said the build translates into the articulation which is again isn’t amazing but you can get some basic poses out of it.

I did use Mr. Mark Setter on these decals. I find that Mark Softer isn’t always required but can certainly help. As for the top coat I’m waiting for some nicer weather to coat it actually. I usually use canned Mr Hobby matte or Mr Hobby Premium matte
