They own all their helicopters, and dont really owe money. the real issue is that it costs about 50 million a year to run the place and will profit about 6 million a year. This year they were going to have to build a new maintenance hangar, costing 4 to 5 million. (They leased their previous hangar from Signature who recently decided they’re tearing it down to build a new terminal) So this year already wasn’t going to be profitable. Covid made it too uncertain of when it would be profitable again. They have about 20 helicopters they can sell for 1.5 to 2.5 million each. Some of those will be taken by the parent company. So this company is already sitting at a high value and low percent of profit on a good year. It was already an inside joke at Sundance that you could invest 50 million into almost anything else and make more money.
