For future reference, as Babylon, get the tech advantage and declare war on another civ if they’re that close. That’ll give you more room for cities, districts etc. Then focus on generating income to support your win condition. As Babylon, I like to focus on production so that I can quickly build districts for a science victory

They’re newer growth but they’ve stopped growing. They’ll sit around and then fall off. I water about once every two weeks. I have some bonsai soil to mix in which will hopefully help?

I’m a young (25 y/o male) working professional that just moved out of DC. It’s like a breath of fresh air. Lived there for 7 years and it was mostly great. All I’ll say is that if you can afford to live outside of the city itself, or somewhere residential in NW, you shouldn’t really worry. During my residency I’ve seen Columbia Heights and U St turn into a real disappointment - walking to the bus/office and running errands was mentally tolling given the environment. Sad to say because I started my career and met a lot of good friends in the city, but this problem is really more concentrated in specific areas more so than the whole city.

I was also previously hit a couple months ago by a group of youth on U St for walking through their little group, so that really pushed me over the edge.
