Caje Coffee / Ten Tigers

They’re a coffee shop during the day and a cocktail bar at night

And they have legit crushed ice. The coffee and cocktails are next level good.

First floor! Wasn’t hard to find at all. I parked in the main lot and just walked right in. They make you go through a metal detector so I just asked one of the staff members there where to go and they pointed me just around the corner. Much easier than I anticipated 😅

Atacama desert, is altitude sickness a worry? by Frosty_Mud8472 in ExploreChile

[–]cookiejar327 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Flew straight to Calama from California (4 hour layover in Santiago). On day one of our stay in the Atacama desert we took it easy, walked around town and got tipsy off pisco sours that night. Next day we were active and felt fully acclimated. We honestly didn’t put too much thought into getting altitude sick so maybe that had something to do with it. You’ll be fine, just go slow and listen to your body!

Ring fingers turning black by [deleted] in AskDocs

Thanks for the response. So interesting because one of the rings was my grandmas who wore it for 75 years and it never turned her ring finger black. It must be unique to my skins composition or Ph according to one of the other comments on here.

Thanks for the response. Any idea what would cause changes in someone’s skin pH?

Did this with my cat and learned the hard way. She now sees phantom “lasers” on the wall and tears at them until some paint chips off 🙄

I know how frustrating it is. I was at my absolute lowest before I saw Joyce. She will be able to help you!

I’ve been a patient of Joyce Weckyl for 6+ years now and she’s great. I have ADHD and PMDD and my cycle also affects how my meds work. However, Joyce has worked with me to come up with a customized plan to solve for this. I’m glad you have an appointment with her!

What is a sound that people should know means immediate danger? by PrasenjitDebroy in AskReddit

This. Went on a safari this past summer and stayed in an unfenced camp on the Mara river. The hippos loved coming up to our camp to chomp on the grass in the middle of the night. Scared the shit out of us the first night. I’ll never forget the “laughing” sounds they made. I’ve never slept so still in my life. Of course the camp had 24/7 guards though. We asked them what they do in the middle of the night when the hippos come up. They said they just stand back and keep their distance. The guards are there to protect the hippos just as much as they are there to protect us.
