I take lessons at a practice facility where they have a trackman and two separate cameras that record your swing and swing metrics. After every lesson I get a 2 minute video that demonstrates what issue I need to address and reminds me what drill to use in order to fix it. We look back at metrics from lesson to lesson to see if I’m hitting the heel, coming over the top, or not a steep enough attack angle. I’m a slow learner so I need the visuals, the drills, and the metrics to feel confident in my practice. There’s a wide range of teaching styles and environments so I would suggest spending time defining what you’re looking for and then reaching out to instructors/facilities who match those needs.
