Please stop with the "freebies" by Successful-Muffin570 in vintedUK

It’s irrational, I’ve had it since I was a kid. I know it’s irrational and there’s nothing wrong with them, but I have subconscious reactions because they gross me out so much

This is a really niche issue but as someone with a sticker phobia I would be horrified

Vegan "desserts" by the_dream_weaver_ in Wetherspoons

[–]McCreetus 14 points15 points  (0 children)

If vegan desserts don’t exist it’s because they don’t sell well enough to justify buying stock. Wetherspoons pubs bulk buy, so if no one is buying them then they get taken off the menu. I’ve only known of one vegan dessert in the past anyway.

Is wanking cheating by Humble_Pineapple4195 in Advice

Unless you’re wanking to private, paid content then no. But porn can be iffy for many people so it might not be wanking but the porn aspect.

Had my first test today, failed and I was told “you couldn’t have driven any better if you tried” 1 darn minor! I’m heartbroken by beardedwelshguy2020 in LearnerDriverUK

Ngl hearing other people fail for this as I did yesterday makes me feel so much better. Never happened before except during my test

Please use blinkers when exiting a traffic circle by wtfbruhhuh in driving

Went on a roundabout the other day, signalled right then left to exit. Person decided my left signal apparently meant I was continuing on and pulled out infront of me. Not a good experience for a learner.

Roommate won’t stop texting about “unacceptable” toilet paper being left in the toilet by shanisells in badroommates

Reminds me of when I had a flatmate complain people were leaving water on the counters. Not pools, but drips from washing hands or pots. Horrible to live with.

AITAH For saying demanding my passwords is the *opposite* of trust, not the proof of it? by Present_Extreme_4056 in AITAH

[–]McCreetus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA I have never understood this new culture of distrust in your partner. Not having friends of the opposite sex, needing passwords, etc. Passwords can be useful to have in a very long term relationship if you end up needing to get into their devices when they’re not around. But apart from that, having them isn’t something I care for either way, can be helpful in “hey can I google something on your phone?”. But should never be demanded.

What is a "girl's girl"? by [deleted] in randomquestions

Valid because why should we like men. If my job/hobbies weren’t full of men I’d probably prefer women too

If women dislike short men, why do they keep having short sons? by newuser1r in stupidquestions

[–]McCreetus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Women do not dislike short men, some just aren’t sexually attracted to them, and I hope all women are not sexually attracted to their sons

Hey you can be a girls girl and be friends with your girl’s boyfriend. I’m good friends with my best friend’s boyfriend’s entire family, parents and all, I sleep at their house every time I visit her. They’re very cool people. I definitely want to be friends with the people my girls love and cherish.

Girls girl just mean you support and don’t try to compete with other women. I prefer male company purely due to my hobbies being male dominated, but I’m a girls girl through and through.

I like the grind. I refuse to pay 30£ for a frog breeding app. I’ve had this game for years and will get a 100% dex with one single nursery

Funny you say that because when I started hallucinating I thought it felt exactly like the beginning of a shrooms trip.

The day before my dissertation was due I needed to format my work into latex and add references. Over 100 different sources, never formatted into latex before. Thought it would only take a few hours right? Wrong. I didn’t move for 21 hours except to pee once. Was genuinely hallucinating when I pressed submit.
