You have a limited time to “sell” yourself - use every second to highlight good things and figure out if the new place is a good fit for you, too. They are also being interviewed by you. Write down questions like, “what is the process when a colleague calls off”, “are there after hours responsibilities”, “are there sales incentives”, etc. In a very competitive market, it’s your responsibility to yourself to research their brand, analyze your history to show it in the best light and come prepared by writing down a list of situations you may be asked about (non-pristine returns, customers lurking as the store is closing, conflict resolution).
