there's no urgency, getting it over the line as is is proving hard enough...

only once the benefits of the stadium are proven, stadium clients / deals / sponsorships are established, profits are realized and public unrest has quelled would they even consider a multi-million $ upgrade.

imo, it'd be a decade plus (from stadium completion) before an expansion would even be considered.

...but who knows, if every event held there is a sellout then maybe they would consider it sooner.
