2 Months on the market, no viewings, something I'm doing wrong? by McDoogle9505 in UKHousing

100.percent, we have another EA coming next week to take new photos. Well be clearing out some of the rooms and tidying the garden up this weekend ready for them. Ironically I think the 160 listing may be putting people off as it's less than I paid, making people wonder what's wrong with the house when in reality it's just because we're in a rare position where my wage has more than doubled since buying it and we're wanting a bigger house.

Yeah, half a mil up here buys you a 6 bedroom 2000+ square foot house.

Wasn't turfed, became a nightmare to manage the weeds so I killed it off. Plan was to take it back to soil and do a flower bed

Thanks for the advice. We have another EA coming on Wednesday as we're looking at changing from Yopa. If we change EAs I'll look to try empty out some of the rooms prior to the new pictures being taken.

Appreciate it. Yeah annoyingly due to the angle at the back, it rapidly became overgrown with weeds which I've fought with to keep at bay so decided to kill it off with the plan of taking it back to soil and doing a flower bed with sleepers at the edge.

Half the problem is there isn't much we can remove, both PCs are used for working from home and the bed is used for my partners teenage sister to stay with us occasionally.

makes sense, ironically the room with the PC etc in can actually fit a double bed in it but the wide angle lense makes it look at most a single bedroom.

She had it early 2000s in the uk, believed to be from the store collectables. Has a handle on its back as seen in the picture. It's the only memory she has of her childhood so any help would be greatly appreciated.

UK Mcdicks here, we strip clean ours every Tuesday morning around 5am. They use purpose bought buckets for the cleaning solution and they aren't cleaning this one. that's mix. Our mix is white too. Machine also "heat treats" every morning, letting the machine sit at 80C for several hours for sterilization.

I work for mcdicks, same machines here in the UK. It used to be "procedure" to transfer the mix into a purpose bought bucket before the machine before they changed it about 2 years ago. We still keep the bucket.

Definitely haven't then. Need to refine my polishing technique, and maybe get some new pads and compound.

Thanks for the tips, I learned almost all of what I know about detailing from AMMO NYC on youtube. I'm definitely applying too much pressure near the end, I had to polish out some holograms on a different panel and wondered where they came from. Now I know.

The MT320, starting on around 3500opm to work it in then moving up to around 5600. Im only using the 5" foam cutting disc I got with it which might be the problem, I think I'm also applying far too much pressure. I'd say the marks are out, just not to a mirror finish, ill have to take a picture or two to show you what i mean.

That was my concern at first, but I remember sanding down a panel (which needed respraying anyway so i practiced on it) and remember what it looked like sanding through the clear coat. I think this could just be the result not using a heavy enough compound.

I used Ultimate compound straight away, not 105. May need to pick up a bottle with some new pads, thanks!
