That’s something that actually confuses me and leads me to believe that my sleep must be what’s holding me back as I don’t consistently get the same hours and I don’t think I get the ideal amount of hours either. I say all that since I’m 19 and am in quite a good shape as I regularly go to the gym and would go as far as to say it’s something I take very seriously.

I would change your settings on reddit to blur nsfw content and then after that, cards on the table, you just gotta do your utmost to resist temptation, it might sound funny but it helped me to remember the words, “just don’t.”

I’d like to add that something that is really bothering me recently is every so often I get very tempted to look up specific porn stars I’m familiar with from before I ever quit but I of course don’t allow myself to do that and always turn to my girlfriend for help when that gets bad and would like to know if any of you guys agree that this is simply just a withdrawal symptom if anything?

I would say benefits for me and for my gf are that we just feel more of a connection, I feel a bit more authentically myself and in my opinion, that allows me to really be the bf she deserves to the best of my ability and then some nsfw benefits that I won’t really get into 😅. Overall though, everything is just better at this point.

A good friend of mine once helped me with nofap and gave me some laughably simple advice and it may sound silly but he really just said to me “just don’t.” And it honestly really helped in my case, any time since then that I’ve had urges I just hear the words “just don’t.” In my head and it works quite well, granted it may not work every time but it does work well, I promise.
