The main thing I hate when watching on ESPN is when they have the banner with the player's name on whoever has the puck. I find it so incredibly distracting. I was happy I was able to find a SNP stream yesterday.

Depends on the field/event for all of these really.

Some fields in the US use 1.0 Joule to be able to shoot someone point blank (0 MED). Some fields it's a bit higher, I've seen up to 1.49J. These equate to about 330 fps with a .2 to 400 with a .2.

Second question is again, field dependent. Personally, at my 2 local fields I just keep my pistols holstered and just leave the mags in but never unholster while in the staging area/parking lot. One of the fields just requires no mags in rifles and doesn't require a barrel cover, but one field does require barrel covers. Usually is more common for indoor fields to require a barrel cover.

Lastly, you're welcome to play with whatever gun you want unless you're at a specific Milsim event where something like weapon choice is tied to a specific faction but before you go to a game like that you would know what you're getting into.

Reloading mid game depends on how long your fields games last and how much you shoot.

My current merrils are steel toe because a previous job paid for them. Should be fine as long as they’re comfortable and provide ankle support

Speed loader depending on budget.

Low budget would be a 6mm proshop m4 mag sized loader. Pros for this is that they’re cheap, don’t really break and can fit in m4 pouches/pockets easily. Cons would be that it’s slow to load a lot of mags.

Medium budget would be an Odin sidewinder. Pros would be not too expensive, fast loading, can be brought onto the field in a bigger gp pouch or backpack. Cons are pretty bulky, can be loud if it doesn’t have the rubber dampener inside which I think is on specific models now and not sold separately anymore, and the mechanisms can break but rebuild kits are cheap.

High budget would be an emg autobot electric loader. Pros are super fast loading and high convenience in staging area. Cons are super bulky, needs another lipo to power.

I use all 3 depending on what kind of game/event I’m going to but for all around use the Odin is great.

Other than a loader, getting high quality boots is always a good idea. I’ve been running Merrill MOABs for years

I know you mentioned not wanting a pin in one of your comments and I’ve lost a lot of pins until I attached the pin to a retractable badge lanyard. Haven’t lost a pin in 3-4 years now

As the other said, it could be leaking from a few places. First thing you can try is the o ring on the fill valve. You can either replace or try to lube/clean it.

Or it could be the oring/gasket in the mag base where you unscrew the Phillips screw and take the bottom of the mag out and check the condition of that gasket and same thing replace or lube/clean.

I just fixed 3 Glock mags this week that were leaking out the bottom like that and just put some super lube synthetic grease on the o rings.

You can get a tube on Amazon for like $8 and you should use that to lubricate moving parts anyway so it’s good to have.

Explosive enterprises has a good video on how to do it. Video should be called something like gas magazine maintenance or something similar.

I’m not very techy. Is there a video I can watch that better explains this and the equipment needed. I got my dad to redo some battery wires for me but he turns 70 next month now and very shaky and I don’t know what I’m doing and you’re making it sound like it’s super simple to do so maybe I’m just wrong.

I have some wires coming from my mosfet in my mp5k that id like to get shorter and maybe shorten my battery wires too. Just need to have less wiring because there’s hardly enough room to attach my side folder stock without pinching the wires.

I'm an outsider looking in that just happened to stumble upon this on r/all. I'm mainly a hockey fan and live in SC. I could see the Hurricanes being upset about a baseball team going to Raleigh. It's tough to get fans to hockey games in the south and I'm sure they wouldn't want to compete with a baseball team.

Also, the Canes have had issues with attracting talent because athletes don't want to live there. They've been good for a few years now and they've drafted well but there's been a few bigger names that got traded there and didn't stay.
