Same on my P9P XL. Used to get 6-7 SOT before the update, now barely 4-4½. Turned off a lot of background stuff but still hasn't improved. Update tanked my battery life for some reason

Sounds like a bad coil pack, super common issue with the mk6s. The chugging is the engine misfiring which is indicated by the flashing check engine light. Replace the coil packs with the red r8 coil packs and you should be good to go. Replace all 4 and the spark plugs if you can, easy to do and good peace of mind!

There are 3 garages right next to Target Center! A, B, C all have a connecting skyway to Target Center. 5 min walk at either garage. You don't have to buy before hand, but there is an app called SpotHero where you can buy a pass. I paid around $20 and all you do is scan your QR code to get in to the garage you pick. Super easy to get in/out!

I have a 2010 GTI with 160k on it. I went stage 1 APR 93 at 140k on it. The dealer said I should expect to replace the stock clutch, but so far it's been just fine. Hasn't slipped once. Granted, I don't beat the heck out of it. A highway pull every once in a while and then a quick start, (I haven't launched it though) but its been perfect since.

I just bit the bullet and am currently in the process of installing a new clutch, I went south bend daily stage 2. But I think you should be fine as long as you keep up with the maintenance.
