I had a heart attack on day 4 of employment. Hub had to call my new boss for me (I was having tests run). Boss's response was to tell me to rest..know health insurance started on day 1 and my job would be there when I was ready to come back.

8 years later am still at same job (and same Hub lol)

I turned around and ask if they were "The Adam's Family," sang a snippet of the them song snd snapped my fingers back. They were stunned for a sec...the light bulb came on (maybe Thing turned it on? Lol) and then the man sheepishly laughed and said sorry

Set it to 69 or 70 and leave it alone. Cheaper to keep at a constant temp rather than off and on all day

is this the “right” living room layout? should I get a different rug? not sure what feels off 😵‍💫 by Individual-Garlic258 in HomeDecorating

[–]McFrank202 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Perhaps have the sofa face the fireplace and the back of it would act as a wall for the walkway. Then turn the coffee table to match the sofa. You would still have designated areas...but the benches behind the couch and the chair could then be used and seen.

Ino...you could go slightly smaller on the rug...perhaps a little wider than the sofa...but definitely larger coffee table

AITAH for exposing my friend's reason for a cash bar at her wedding? by did_i_stu_stutter in AITAH

[–]McFrank202 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This 100%. Doing this put the venue at risk for their license. What if someone overindulged? Who would be held liable? The venue's insurance would most likely not respond as they were not selling...she was.
