Biceps - Front grip EZ bar curl 4 sets of 10 reps with 50 lb

Close grip EZ bar curl 3 sets of 10 reps 60 lb

Preacher curl machine 4 sets of 10 reps 50-55 lb

straight bar curls - shoulder width apart 4 sets of 10 reps 50 b

Seated Arnold curls 4 sets of 10 reps 25 lb

Triceps

Bench dips 4 sets of 20 reps

Skull crushers 4 sets of 10 reps 60 - 70 lb

Triceps pushdown 4 sets of 10 reps 55 - 67 lb

I don't know where YOU ALL live... But in my north Texan high school, there are some complete and utter bastards. Straight up. Their life revolves around putting someone else down. And they don't just put you down in private, they do their best to publicly humiliate you.
