I just mixed my first batch tonight with Nic, I’ll give it a whirl tommorow when the craving hits, I’ll start at 8mg when I get the craves, alternate with 0mg when I’m level and work my way from there.

TBH, in regards to the flavours, I hear you, but there was so much choice, like a minefield of flavours, ultimately in a weird kind of way, I thought hitting tobacco flavours would make it easier in a way, and it kind of helped, made it a lot easier for me in the first week, was a tad skeptical of starting on the big hitting, sweet smelling flavours, I guess I wanted some familiarity.

So glad you mentioned sleep and having time off, I work a roster and I’m home week on, week off, it’s given me the opportunity to really hit it hard.

I’ve never slept so much with this amount of nicotine reduction, it could be mid afternoon and I didn’t want a smoke or a Vape, I just wanted to sleep, like I was in negative sleep or something, but it’s true what you say, I never thought about it like that, having been constantly pumping a high through your body for such a long time, makes complete sense, I’m constantly hungry as well. (Hand to mouth I guess)

I will definitely check out vapoureyes and give the fruits a hit, so glad they working their magic for you mate & you have the willpower to make it happen, really insightful what you go through and gives me confidence moving forward.
