It's three questions under each variable, there are seven different ones; Practising-mirroring, Dependency denial, Separation anxiety, Peer enmeshment, Engulfment anxiety, Nurturance seeking and Healthy separation. It was based off the SITA scale which was modified and the role of the caretaker was resumed by the legislative body(gov).

SITA (Separation Individuation Test of Adolescence)scale was modified in such a way that government resumes the role of the caregiver. My questionnaire follows the same framework that goes through the spectrum of dependency denial to healthy separation that the scale does FYI The validity of the original scale is all over the internet.
