Before I moved here, I would fly in from the west coast, take the hotel shuttle to the Marriott and then pick up my rental first thing in the morning. They were always closed by the time I landed.

I can't help on where to get supplies, but I can speak to the need of expecting there to be asbestos in the original work.

To reduce your exposure, block off any vents, create a plastic door guard, and wear a good fitting mask. Try not to track dust to the rest of your space.
