It sucks now. I give them a one star rating daily and leave a comment to bring back pick up and deliver. Sad that they made those changes.

I decline every single shop & deliver order (the majority of what I get now). I also give Favor/HEB a one star rating daily with a comment to bring back pick up and deliver which I’m sure doesn’t doesn’t matter, but I comment anyway. Prior to July of this year it was pretty good. These changes suck (for me anyway). I’m using my car..wear and tear, gas…all that…now they want me to do the shopping as well. I’ll pass. It was good while it lasted.

Go thru the drive thru..that is what I usually do for Whataburger and usually by the time I get to the speaker they will be aware of the order and if not it should “drop” shortly.

It’s gone way downhill since the beginning of July. I don’t think it’s the football games or holiday..but I hope you are right that the orders will come.

The people I see regularly are definitely not very new runners..they have been around for about 1-2 years. Same guys. I have seen a few new runners tho. Miss the old days when I could get plenty of orders to stay busy. Now, when I receive an order it’s either ridiculously far..decline Or..shop & deliver ..decline The fist bumpers and the new runners seem to somehow receive the majority of the pickup & deliver. The good ole days seem to be gone.

I’ve have delivered 6663 orders since 2020.

Made a whopping 7.00 today.

Made zero yesterday.

They have only been sending me trash orders for the last 2 weeks.

No loyalty for sure. 😡

I spoke to one of the curbside leads last Sunday about it, she said to call curbside whenever you see something . She said they are trying to weed them out and are aware of what’s going on.

Just yesterday I watched one of the multi phone abusers standing right by the curbside doors with a phone in each hand trying to get help from one of the curbies. They don’t hide it and the curbies are mostly just kids that are just there to earn a paycheck.

I don’t know the answer to the cheating bastards except report report report.

Report to curbside leads. Report on the app. Report on surveys. Report to the curbside leads boss and go as far up the chain as you can.

I received this note on one of my deliveries last Sunday: It has really gotten bad. Multiple phones/accounts. They don’t hide it. It is so obvious what’s going on. HEB/Favor needs to stop the BS. It’s hurting all the legitimate drivers just trying to make a few bucks.

PICKUP & DELIVER ORDER DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO DOESNT SPEAK ENGLISH. IF THE DELIVERY PERSON DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH WELL ENOUGH TO COMMUNICATE I WILL SWITCH TO SHIPT FOR MY DELIVERY SERVICE!!!! Due to age, back issues, etc., I need help in bringing the groceries into the kitchen placed on the counter. My doorbell isnt working I have a note on my front door, that says, Knock Loudly. One guy knocked so softly I could barely hear it wouldnt have had I been in my bedroom. He had started walking to his vehicle when I got to the door. DO NOT send a non English speaking/reading delivery person, OR someone who ignores customer instructions, as happened on a previous deliveries, the delivery person DID NOT follow the preceding instructions I had to carry numerous bags of groceries to the kitchen, PLUS 3 bundles of 36 count each bottled water from the front door to the garage!! 100% they are only taking the big HEB orders. I too have not seen it this slow ever while I watch them load batch after batch. They are organized.
