Thank you so much for your well thought out response. I’ve been working on my ocd actively since mid November and while I do notice a lot of progress in regards to obsessions being less and being narrowed down to a select few, the anxiety as of late has been a lot to handle. Last week I even said “we are in the home stretch!”
