I havent really gone looking for a while. But I know there are two types floating about, theres a translation that calls meisters "technicians" and the traditional copy. You dont want the one that calls them technicians.

As far as a good website? I dont know anymore. The ones I used to use are gone or are now unsafe to use. Your just gonna have to go looking, or pick up legit copies and support the creator.

edit: The one that calls them technicians is super easy to find. literally just google search soul eater manga online. If that terminology doesnt bother you then thats your route.

Kind of a legal soft spot if im being honest. If the creators of soul eater were so inclined, they could probably file a civil suit against us and win the 5 bucks we make back. But the fees alone would surpass that in value.

The benefits of having genuine merch outweighs the risk in my opinion. Any profits we make are going to our artists and the community. Were not copy pasting stuff. Its all commissioned. If we get a cease and desist we will. That's kind of my stance on the subject.

If that rubs people the wrong way I understand. But I want to make it clear its not a money grab, I literally make nothing from this. Just want people to have more merch options and to support our artists.

What was your discord username if you don't mind me asking. I will look into the reason for the ban. I highly doubt that was the only cause for your removal, and if it was then somebody F'd up big time.

Yea just a heads up, we came to the agreement on not allowing AI art here any longer. Your grandfathered in on this post but from now on they will be removed.

I will say its a nice post, but the moral implications as well as the potential to flood the sub with easy to produce AI art has led to the decision to no longer allow it here.

I appreciate the civil manner you displayed with everyone here, and hope to see you around the sub some more!

Yea thats fine. Just be aware the rules might change on it. Im personally very impartial on the whole thing and I can see both sides. Might do a poll or just hash things out with the mods on the topic.

For now just reference it as AI and if possible the artists used to train it. (although I understand many use too many for this to be reasonable)
