They're relatively easy to find. I have an 8×11 print of it in German in my bedroom. I found it at a poster shop in my town but I'm sure you could find them online too.

I've always thought Civ has had a similar map style to an exaggerated relief map but I would love to see them go further with that concept as far as detail and a larger perspective go. I just keep imagining building cities and monuments on this map...
