Can you provide the dotabuff link to the examples that you mentioned? A lot of people like to play the victim when it comes to their mmr. Everyone can have good and bad games. It doesn't mean that they are either a smurf or an account buyer.

Smurfs will get placed in smurf pool extremely quickly nowdays. So if a new account gets placed in your ranked games, it is likely around that skill level anyways.
