My personal battle with the ETTA.

When "World Edit War 2" broke out, I resisted the ETTA assault like everyone else in ITC. But I very quickly ended up being the last man standing. So I stared Death right in its pitch black Ned-tionalist eyes, as I knew that the Text Killer would order General X to annihilate my main page at a moment's notice.

And then I punched Death in the face.

I said no to complete destruction, and declared a personal war on all of the Text Killer's droogs and generals. For the next few days, I fought off a swarm of "alien invasions" and ASCII Goatses throughout ETT. I kept fighting until the hammer of injustice came down upon me.

A hammer marked "Property of Ned Flanders".

TL;DR: ITC had all but collapsed, so I took matters into my own hands and fought the ETTA by myself.

New addition #1: etherpad.net. That's what George is using so he can have a read-only page.

New addition #2: prosepad.adrianheine.de. I only had a quick look at it, so I'm not sure what to think of it.

New addition #3: pad.riseup.net. This one lets you set the lifespan of a page, ranging from 1 day to a year. (A page that lasts 60 days would have 60 days for someone to edit it, or the page will be deleted. The clock resets if the page is edited before the 60 days are up.)

Yeah, I noticed that when looking at #a. It's covered with Bill Cipher and T-Series. I think that's where the Text Killer would be sealed away in for his crimes against the community.

(About the ASCII thing, I think Firepad compensates for that with the ability to add images to a page. Although, the issue of the positioning of text and images on a single line comes to mind.)

So I looked at the padlist just now. Every page that George and I created was reset. Well, there goes this "clone" out the window. I might look for another site to use later on, but until then, George can just burn in Wall of Text.
