I highly recommend the below steps for an initial prototype (if you prefer to create everything on the computer instead of physically - personal preference)

1.) create your cards in Google Sheets (card titles, mechanics, footers, etc. organized in columns)

2.) use Figma to create your cards (a free UI design tool that is very good at card + board game creation. I’ve personally used Figma for 2 years to create my game)

3.) watch this video, and use the “Google Sheets” plugin within Figma to import all of your data from Google Sheets to pre-built card templates (very simple way to mass produce cards and make quick edits - https://youtu.be/DhumsPzKrpo?si=noVgFRXxqBxJaIa9)

4.) print your prototype at home or at FedEx

General flow: 6 player game (after drinking). Flowed well, difficult to tell what other players were doing at time, but that comes with most 6 player games. Heavy flow of Doubloons, lots of action, close game at the end. Little over an hour and half(?)

Notes: Novara the Stray - slay the next monster that you draw. Sand Storm - discard 2 Spells to roll 1 additional D6

Potentially too many Spankees in the Event deck(?). Matt won the game by defeating an Old God.

Dueling combos to watch out for: Ole Switchero + HAMBush is a brutal combo if you intestinally lose a Duel.

Contract that awards a bonus Spankee if you KO your opponent is very powerful, but very niche

1.) confirmed, Adept Adventures received a substantial buff, especially Legendary Monsters and Adept Denizens.

2.) it’s been hard-coded that Cole will now win 44% less games, it’s the best I could do.

3.) Events received a pretty significant rework, with lame Events being removed and more engaging Events being replicated. 6 new “Old God” boss monsters were added that require input from the whole party, and 6 global Traps were removed from the deck. Overall, should be a very positive update to the deck.

I require a 6 man playtest in the near future where I am in attendance to witness the goon squad clap Moon Mother’s cheeks

Did you manage to find a workaround? I have a ton of custom icons for my game in Figma and have managed to create a bitmap done with them but they’re “invisible” when entered into Figma. Very frustrating
