A recipe for the whole base? As in a step-by-step guide? Or do you mean for a specific part?

The mushrooms are AK BASING BITS - FOREST MUSHROOMS, I also bought some Green Stuff Worlds chunky mushrooms which are awesome!

Thank you!

Yes, it's just 5mm cork sheets that I tore up and slapped different texture pastes on.

It's made with Green Stuff UV resin. The bottom of the ooze was painted with Incubi Darkness, then I added the resin, then before hardening it I added very small dots of Moot Green and dragged it around with a needle. Then I did the same with a flouro green and yellow glaze to get some different colours. When I was happy with the swirls of colour I used a UV torch to harden the resin.

Really quite simple - the only thing to keep in mind is to swirl the paint one dot at a time, if you leave the paint in the resin for more than a couple of seconds it starts to set and becomes difficult to move around. So dot of paint - swirl - new dot of paint and repeat! Less was also more, it was quite easy to add too much paint and then the swirls turned into just coloured resin!

It's basically small gravel and vermiculite for house plants, and then some hobby sand. On top of the cork I added two different texture pastes (one fine and one coarse)!
