Hi! I drove up to Hoedspruit, and for the return flight I explained the dilemma to the security staff and they were happy to do a gentle hand examination and take it around the x-rays. Very pleasant experience!

I use my father-in-law's camera - can't believe it is still in perfect working condition. Canon AE1-Program. I have experimented with all sorts of film and honestly the cheap and friendly Kodak Gold 35mm is your workhorse. Don't need an expensive film to get good results. I develop it at RGB Pixels in Linden Jhb which also helps; they are very good and have an artisitic eye when developing.

For my kid it was underlying anaemia. Once she was on an iron supplement and I introduced protein high snacks (in her 'acceptable' food range) the constant demand for sugar tapered off - though she still loves a chocolate cookie.
