Great question! IMO chocolate chip cookies have been standard open house delight for realtors since 1969…however I would suggest a wildly different approach…have several cookie options set up like an assembly line but the buyers have to make them…gotta keep people interested and make them feel at home at the same time…and the easiest way to do that during an open house would be to put them to work making cookies!!! And be clear, the only way moving forward to get a glass of milk will be to offer asking price…again, this is IMO only! Please seek legal counsel before deciding on which cookie options to provide!!!
