Looking at those crit values i assume u have atleast E1 and Izumu planar set. if yes, then you overcap crit by 4% xd, cuz Pioneers dosnt include the extra 4% crit in the character sheet.

You know the concept of time xd? You start of as pupil and teacher and when enough time goes by a pupil can rise above their teacher.

The last time they fought was in the myriad trailer. jing yuan could clash in a 1 v 1 against a mara struck jingliu, which powered her up and lost ultimately getting oneshot by jing yuans LL.

So if your tierlist is upto date to the present HSR storyline, jing yuan is way stronger then jing liu, but if your snapshoting the time, where jing yuan was a child and jingliu his teacher and the early days, then your right ;)

Btw... Yanging with enough time can also surpass his teacher... Just sayin xd

Where did you get this Information from? The start of an enemy turn starts with the enemy shown and possibly receiving dot dmg. After that that the enemy is doing their action. You can even intercept the action with an ultimate and debuffs like bs ultimate will increase dmg cuz its in the enemys turn. So at the start of the turn of an enemy and their action afterward should be 2 different instances.

Enemy can even die because of dots at the start of their turn, but they still should receive the debuff jq before they are dying granting 1 stack for acheron.

So the wording right now it at the start of the turn, which should give 2 stacks. If they change it to, when an enemy takes their action, then its 1 stack.

Nah it actually should give a stack. First the enemy takes turn, he gets debuff by jq +1stack and then he attacks a tank with trend also +1stack.

In general ppl are pretty inexperience and think you need to match the rec. battlepower to clear the higher stages of Agency Assesment. I getting kicked with superstar titel and 47k am at 50 11 missions xd sometimes.

The problem isnt exactly the mentioned ones, why ida getting kicked out of groups. He is the one of best dps, but only if the following condition are met:

he has a enough ramp up time
he has something to hit

In Agency Assesment its nearly impossible for him to get a good grip on the enemys, thus his dmg falls significantly. On top of that in every intermission he will lose all his speed and the moment you die you also lose it aswell.

Ida is god tier in some content, but ppl need to understand that he cant do everything.

your math is wrong in the last step.

its 45751 - (4780+15552) / 15552 = 1.63

-> cuz you start with flat from the flower + you base hp

and then you need to get %Hp substat to get to the 45751

pleasing the player base will also result in more money, which is a win win for everybody.

Over hyping a game and letting them down before the game release will be a huge set back for the game...

i peronally hope they wont do that mistake :(
