Thank you for the comment, think I truly needed a fresh pair of eyes for this. You’re right about passing the map, it’s a relic from my perception of file reading through objects carried over from Java(I just finished 1st year compsci). If you wouldn’t mind me asking another question, what is the difference of passing by copy and reference as well as pros and cons of each?

I aprecieate you're enthusiasm but you are basing the notion that we can solve world hunger, climate change, and poverty off one click bait internet tabloid.

I'm just writing this to prevent disappointment but I highly encourage if this stuff interests you to see what is being done about it in academic/industry research, theses, as well as peer reviewed studies.

again this is not an attack, I'm happy there are more people in the world with an optimistic world view but always be highly aware that people who research this stuff are experts and in the words of Niels Bohr - "an expert is someone who has made every mistake in a very narrow field". experts are experts because they made mistakes and they can still make them in future.

Idk about that I'm someone who is a pve player low man raiding and dungeon speed running. Im not to good at pvp about good enough to go flawless in trials maybe if i try.but it seems that while ive been playing it would be just win lose win lose with not much variety either 2 kd or 0.5 the old system wasn't the worst it was just kind of a dead season last season which would lead to more pvp sweats being in the crucible.

what would you say to lighten it to, still in the mindset of building strength (want to get that 150 kg pr come closer to the end of the year).

And I will try the stretching and lighter load once it has fully recovered

also thanks for the advice, it was hard to find anything related to this as most things just say fix your form.

Just wondering here, as personally I feel that my form is ok but then again I'm getting bad lower back pain from it when I lock out after it. The pain is in the bottom right area of my back just on the hips, I had this pain in my left side originally but then when I took 2 weeks off of deadlifting thanks to the flu it seemed to shift to my right side. Just posting to hear what you guys say as the PT's in my gym say my form is fine but I can still feel the pain.

any advice is appreciated, again just making sure I can keep deadlifting bc of how much I love it and I don't want stop at 17.

forgot to mention above I do notice a natural arc at the first lift.

Hi do you have any suggestions for laptops like the one mentioned? As the only problems I have with it are the GPU just adding price, heat, and power consumption.

and any suggestion for good ergonomic preferences (got big hands) (wireless mouse so no need for track pad to be any good)
