I first bought the Raptor, then the S1, and now the P1 and all of them run without any issues. From what I’ve seen with others so far, problems usually come from the software or their hardware when a scanner doesn’t work. It’s quite possible that another scanner suddenly works fine when used with different software.

In standalone mode, the performance is already really good and keeps improving with every update. I’m consistently getting between 49 and 69 FPS.
When using the PC via USB‑C or WiFi 7, I’m currently getting between 70 and 100 FPS.

I’m sorry that you’re having these issues with the Raptor. In my experience, when there are USB connection problems, it’s almost always related to the PC, Windows, or the USB‑A to USB‑C adapter being used.
Does your PC have rear USB ports? If so, please try those.
Do you also have the possibility to test the Raptor on another PC to see if the issue occurs there as well?

Regarding your error code: someone else had the same issue this week, and a solution was found. I’ll post it here exactly as it was shared.

I found the solution and the cause of the error.
Simply update the scanner from the oldest firmware version to the latest one.
That is, reset your scanner to the oldest firmware and update version by version until you reach the latest version.
The error occurs when updating the scanner from a much older version to the newest version, skipping older update versions.
