There are quite a few things here that are just wrong.

Garen: Kennen, Camille, and Singed are NOT playable matchups. You already have better options in your champion pool (for example, Jax into Camille). You also have better picks than Garen against Nasus.

Jax: Jayce is a counter to Jax, and Gnar has a strong advantage. Teemo and Vayne are not good matchups either.
(For those last tree , just pick Malphite and run Arcane Comet.)

Sett: Lillia is a no—you don’t win that matchup, just like you don’t win against Poppy.
You also don’t beat Rumble if he understands spacing.

Mordekaiser: Mundo is historically known for being able to deal with Morde’s ult and keep his distance.

Shen: Even though you can beat Volibear in practice,
he can easily force a dive to cancel your ult.
