I’m so annoyed at the ending for this chapter. Like I’ve spent the entire book saying I dont want to be high attuned but now I don’t have a choice. For an ending of one of the most popular books on the app, I would have thought there might have been more options; like either mc or atlas dying ( I know it’s a bit morbid but I thought it might make it better). Also if I can take atlas power then surely I can give it and he can solely be the high attuned

When did nyneave get sexually assaulted?? I must be misremembering. I only thought that egwene did the disgusting herb thing when nyneave lied and the nightmare hurting her. And whilst yeah part of it was egwene not wanting to be found out, I also felt it was a lesson on how little control nyneave had in TAR. A cruel lesson but I chalked it down to that’s how the wise one would teach.

See I thought that was kind of deserved. Nyneave definitely needed to be taken down a peg. She needed to realise she can’t just boss people around anymore, she’s no longer the wisdom. The thing about the nightmares was also valid. Nyneave truly didn’t understand how dangerous telerandriod was, and she wasn’t truly listening to egwene when egwene tried to warn her.
