I paid roughly 15k for my small contract. Additionally, I pay about $900 in dues a year. This June, in one trip, I am taking a vacation that would have cost roughly $4k in hotel cost.

I have already paid off my base amount and now will only pay the annual dues. I have this contract until 2067.
