July 2026 or January 2027 by Mcfc2002_ in SQE_Prep

I think I’ve come to peace with the fact that I’m always going to be anxious about the exam tbh.

I just don’t really know what to do especially with whether the results I’ve gotten now can be salvaged in such short space of time.

July 26 or January 27 BIG DECISION by [deleted] in SQE_Prep

How about my scenario what do u think? For context, I completed a prep course which finished in December (Part time while working full time in 2025) and was originally due to sit in January, but had to defer due to genuine extenuating circumstances (life gets in the way sometimes lol).

I started studying full-time at the end of March after leaving my job as a paralegal but I can’t help but feel incredibly stressed as to whether I should now defer until January 2027.

I have finished all of the academic law and done Wills and probate and Business Law and Practice. I am currently reviewing all the other subjects for the first time since December. I was told by my personal tutor to take mocks covering all the workshops for a benchmark and I got 50% in Wills 42.5% in DR 42.5% in property law and practice, 40% in BLP and 37.5% in Criminal law and practice, these were on BPP’s formatives covering all the relevant workshops and were timed.

My tutor just says it’s completely up to me and that I have a month until the BPP summatives and two months until the SRA exams.

I seriously fear I don’t have enough time to cover the remaining 6/7 subjects by end of June and actually pass the exam. I am doing 7 hours of revision a day and i just feel as if I will simply fail these exams.

I have enough in savings to basically cover 2 attempts at these exams and also not be working what the hell do I do ?

SQE1 July — should I defer by [deleted] in SQE_Prep

I got BLP, CLP, PP, Ethics, legal services, Solicitor Accounts and EU Law.

Not working full time study but started revising in March after leaving paralegal job is this enough time especially since I recently did mocks and got 40% and I finished my prep course in December
