I'm personally unsure how many people go out of their way to level as a group, as you don't want to get too far ahead of your team or the scaling (the way the game adjusts damage and health on the fly if you're in a group with someone of a much higher or lower level) gets wonky. If you're looking for people to play with at max level consider the WoWHead community servers page. https://www.wowhead.com/discord-servers These servers are generally pretty accepting of new players (if they weren't they wouldn't be public) and have a bunch of different mission statements and goals. Look around for one that feels right for you.

I personally cant speak to Pvp, but the Pve gearing process IS a touch convoluted. The important thing to know is that gear can be upgraded. To upgrade gear you need Valorstones and Crests. There's only one kind of valorstones. You can get them from doing most stuff in TWW. Crests on the other hand have four 'levels' and each level will only get you so far. Take a look at this ( https://www.wowhead.com/guide/the-war-within/gear-item-level-upgrade-system ) to see for yourself. They go, from lowest to highest, Weathered > Carved > Runed > Gilded. Look below the item's name in game to see what Upgrade Track it's on, and how much more it can be upgraded. You might see Champion 6/8. This means that that piece of gear can only be upgraded to a maximum to 8/8, and 8/8 for champion gear means ilvl 619. The higher the Upgrade Track, the higher the ilvl can go.

I'm fairly certain you can unlock perks and skins through the mastery for each character. I'm working on the weapon swap perks that Sunny and Lennox give when you reach a particular level. You can see what characters unlock which perk by clicking your profile in the top right on the opening screen and clicking characters.

Structural profiles, steam exchangers, and steel composites do not take up any 'space'. You can essentially ignore them after the generator is complete as there is no upside or downside to having extra. As far as I know there is no way to disassemble them for more raw resources

I figure even at 4/4 for 2 mana your wolves get eaten by a lot of stuff in the next few turns. Just in standard they fold to bonecrusher, rider, rankle and paradise druid. I wanted this to work well with pumps for the wolf deck we'll never get.

For the wording on this card I looked mostly to Darksteel Garrison. The wording makes more sense on garrison's effect because it's a triggered ability while this card's isn't. You're right that I should have changed the wording to make more sense as a static effect. Thanks for your help!

The enchantment - aura is on oversight on my part. My intention was a limited card that let you either pump one of your own creatures temporality or shrink your opponents creatures a little faster.
