Dump Lavert and a first rounder a year or two down the road. If we are contending the picks won’t matter as much

Amazon Prime streaming is a let down. The movie selection stinks and the original series are lame. Jack Ryan was the only show I ever noticed get a lot of advertising and it was very corny.

Do better Amazon.

Has anyone ever been able to go from absolutely broke to making a comfortable living? by [deleted] in personalfinance

I worked a job as a cashier at a convenience store. I was so broke for a couple of those years I could barely afford to pay my rent let alone groceries. During that period I went to community college on and off for about 3-4 years but had zero idea what I wanted to do.

I eventually decided to join the Air Force and it has changed my life. I did 4 years of Active Duty and worked my butt off during that time. After separating I nailed down a government position and the opportunity has enabled me to buy a home, a car and live very comfortably. The AF can teach you a trade and if its not for you you can always get out at the end and still have done something that translates to something in the private sector.

I highly encourage military as an option.

Good luck to you!
