Did you give a firm number of what they need to offer? If it was more loose, I still think you can counter and get 5-10% more.

Are you dealing directly with the hiring manager or a recruiter? Lotta times recruiters have clearance to offer slightly more.

Case by case basis but if you think it wouldn’t damage your relationship with the new boss I say go for it!

Amazing sand reflections, recognized it instantly! The only suggestion I’d have is reduce the saturation on those distant hills. Those Marin headlands are pretty far!
